Boat Rental FAQs
Q. Are reservations required?
A. We require at least a 24 hour notice but recommend making more advanced reservations for weekends or holidays.
Q. What is included in the rental?
A. All the boats have tops, stereos, and all the safety equipment that you need. We also go over a chart of the local waterways with you before you leave the docks.
Q. Is fuel included?
A. Yes! Up to one full tank is included, more than enough for a day.
Q. Is insurance included?
A. We can not offer or accept any form of insurance from the customer. All damages/losses are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged to their credit card. Please thoroughly read and sign all forms.
Q. Do you offer overnight or weekly rentals?
A. Yes, we offer extended overnight rentals. Additional terms and conditions apply may apply.
Q. Do you offer tubes or skis?
A. Yes, we offer tubes, skis, ropes and ski vests for rent.
Q. Are pets allowed?
A. Yes, dogs are allowed.
Q. Is fishing allowed?
A. Yes, but we do not offer any equipment.
Q. Are children’s life jackets available?
A. Yes, please make sure we know in advance what you need.
Q. What forms do I need to fill out?
A. Upon your request we will email you the necessary forms so that you can review them and fill them out before you arrive.
Q. What do I need to rent a boat?
- Valid Driver’s License
- Major Credit Card
- Be at least 25 years of age
- A Wisconsin Boating Safety Education Certificate or a temporary Boating Certificate
Some boating experience is helpful. We reserve the right to deny rental to anyone for safety or any other reason.
Q. What is your Cancellation Policy?
A. We require a 14 day cancellation, anything less than 14 days will result in forfeiture of deposit. Refunds are possible due to lightning. Please thoroughly read and sign all forms.
Q. When should I arrive for my rental?
A. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your rental start time so that we can get you checked out without cutting into your rental time.
